The buildings and factories fast business of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Construction has recently bagged a contract from a multinational company for commercial office space in Mumbai, Maharashtra with an approximate built-up area of 14.85 lakh sq. ft.
The engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) will comprise external development activities to construct 6B+G+12 floors, including civil works and MEP.
Moreover, the company will utilise composite steel construction technology for the structural component in this commercial project.
The project is expected to be completed by 2026.
