Lodha Developers, one of India’s leading real estate companies, plans to launch 15 new housing projects worth Rs 14,000 crore in H2/FY26 to accelerate its expansion across major urban markets.
As per its latest investor presentation, the company aims to bring 10 million sq. ft. of saleable area to market, with upcoming projects located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune and Bengaluru. Lodha, which sells under the well-known Lodha brand, has already launched projects worth Rs 8,300 crore in Q1, and Rs 4,900 crore in Q2 of FY26. The company stated, “Significant launches planned in H2 across cities, on track to meet our FY26 pre-sales guidance of Rs 21,000 crore.”
Lodha is also preparing to enter the Delhi-NCR market, with its first project expected in Gurugram. The developer has delivered 110 million sq. ft. and is working on over 130 million sq. ft. of ongoing and planned developments.
