M3M India has officially launched the Gurgaon International City (GIC), an urban development spanning 150 acres along the Dwarka Expressway Link Road.
The company plans to invest Rs 7,200 crore into the project, which is expected to generate Rs 12,000 crore in revenue. GIC is M3M India's strategic entry into integrated townships, combining residential, commercial, industrial, and tech-driven zones within a 'Live-Work-Unwind' framework. The first 50-acre phase, comprising 300 plots, and already RERA-approved, will focus on technology businesses, light manufacturing, and clean industries.
The development leverages the momentum of the nearby Reliance MET City and is poised to integrate innovation hubs, data centres, EV infrastructure, and premium residences. “We aim to position GIC as part of NCR's emerging innovation and investment belt,” the company stated, highlighting the project's strategic location near major expressways, Delhi Airport, and key industrial zones.
