Mahabubnagar, a key town in Telangana, is set for a transformation with a substantial Rs 824 crore funding allocation for vital development projects.
The funding, secured through the combined efforts of MLA Yennam Srinivas Reddy and Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, includes Rs 603 crore for an underground drainage system and Rs 221 crore for a new drinking water pipeline network. This marks the largest-ever investment in the region’s urban infrastructure, with hopes to elevate civic facilities across the town.
The announcement was made by District Congress Committee General Secretary Abdul Siraj Khadri, who praised the leadership's vision for all-around development.
