Manglam Builders has acquired a 3.5-acre land parcel on Ajmer Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan for Rs107 crore for a luxury mixed-use commercial project.

The Rs 500-crore development will include retail spaces, a 200-room five-star hotel, a multiplex, and modern office spaces. It will have a total built-up area of 11 lakh sq ft. The project would bring international-standard design and sustainability, featuring 15,000 sq. ft. of banqueting space, eco-friendly materials, and energy-efficient construction practices, as renowned architects and designers are collaborating to ensure aesthetic and functional excellence. The retail spaces will host high-end brands, F&B outlets, and entertainment options.

Manglam Builders holds a significant presence in Jaipur with a 1,000-acre land bank and over 70 completed projects. In addition to this project, it is developing 'Pinkwalk,' another mixed-use venture in Jagatpura.
