Metro Group has forayed into the Thane area with four real estate projects, with investment to the tune of Rs 250 crore. The upcoming projects are located in Pokhran Road, Wagle Industrial Estate and Majiwada, with a total development of over two million sq. ft., boasting a revenue potential of over Rs 1,000 crore in three years.

The company plans to complete these projects before 2027, with 70 percent of the space dedicated to uber three-and-four-BHK luxury homes, ranging between Rs two crore to Rs five crore. The remaining 30 percent will be commercial, semi-luxury and high-end retail components. These are targeted at premium luxury home and commercial property buyers.

The Metro Group aims to create a lifestyle ecosystem in Thane which will align with the city’s future development for urban living with focus on sustainability, and community wellbeing by offering a service industry model to homebuyers.
