Realty developer Migsun Group will invest Rs 160 crore in a mixed-use project in Greater Noida. The project will include retail shops, a food court, and premium business suites. The company has also recently acquired a three-acre land.

The new project's design will cater to the modern urban lifestyle, combining "convenience, entertainment, and business opportunities under one roof," as stated by Yash Miglani, Managing Director, Migsun Group, who also said  that the Group's will self-fund this Rs 160 crore investment highlighting the company's robust financial health and commitment to delivering high-quality projects.

The mixed-use project will feature retail spaces for global and national brands, and business suites tailored for professionals and entrepreneurs. 

The Group has delivered over 40 projects across the NCR and Lucknow, standing out in quality, innovation, and timely project completion, and continues to expand its presence across the NCR, offering modern and integrated spaces.
