Migsun Group, a prominent real estate developer, will invest Rs 250 crore to develop a commercial project along the Yamuna Expressway.

The project will feature a mix of retail and office spaces, strategically located on a corridor that connects Noida and Greater Noida with Agra. This investment is part of the company’s broader plans to capitalise on the region's growth. Migsun Group Managing Director, Yash Miglani, highlighted the significant transformation of the Yamuna Expressway over the years. He stated, "With industries moving in, infrastructure taking shape, and the Noida International Airport redefining the region’s future, the momentum is unmistakable."

The company has already delivered over 40 projects across the Delhi-NCR region. This new commercial development aims to meet the rising demand for business spaces in one of India's fastest-growing zones.
