Silverio Developers, a Kohioor Group company, is planning to develop a commercial complex 'Zen One' at Kharadi in Pune district of Maharashtra.
The project will come up over 3.89 acres of land parcel and comprises construction of a building of 3B+G+M+3P+14 Floors with 56 offices and 7 shops including parking provision.
In Q3/FY23, Silverio Developers received environment clearance for the project from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra.
As per the information shared with Projects Today, the work on the project is expected to commence by Q1/FY24.
The company expects to complete the project by Q4/FY26.
