Rajakumari Shopping Mall is planning to develop a commercial complex at Attingal in Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala.
The proposed complex will spread over 1.77 acres of land parcel and comprises construction of a building of B+G+4 floors including various modern amenities.
As per the update shared with Projects Today, Rajakumari Shopping Mall has roped in the architect and contractor and awaiting environment clearance for the project.
The company expects to start the work on the project by end of Q1/2023 and complete by early-2025.
