Ackruti City has chalked out a capex plan of Rs 600 crore to be spent over
the next one-year.
Currently, the company has more than 50 projects which are under
implementation in different stages. Of these, 70 per cent are residential
complexes.
Moreover, the company has mopped up Rs 1,000 crore over a period of time from
banks and financial institutions to fund its projects and other on-going
requirements.
Besides, the company is looking at the option of private equity funding for
its projects at the SPV level.
