Omaxe on 5 May 2010 launched a new office-cum -shopping complex project -
India Trade Tower - in Mullanpur, Punjab.
The project is scheduled to be completed within two-and-half years from the
commencement of construction. It is expected to be a contemporary building in
Ground +19 floors format with a total area of 2,45,000 sq ft.
The project is likely to be a commercial district and offers business spaces
in the form of extraordinarily designed office and retail spaces. It is proposed
to offer 42,000 sq ft area dedicated to shopping and retail. However, 17 floors
with a total area of 1, 85, 000 sq ft, are designed as commercial space.
Besides, a floor of an area 18,000 sq ft is entirely covered with terrace
podium, health club, food court and water body etc.
