Phoenix Mills has launched its ‘Art Guild House’, an office commercial development, in the Phoenix Marketcity complex in Kurla, Maharashtra.
The commercial building, spread over 4,65,959 sq ft, offers 179 units. The amenities, which are provided in the project, include grand atriums and lobbies, sprawling office spaces ranging from 900 sq ft to 4,000 sq ft, planned over six floors, and two basement parking levels. The building is LEED Gold certified and the offices at the lower level have well lit ‘lightwells’ integrated in the design for them to allow daylight into the offices, which is a unique feature.
Phoenix Marketcity is a retail-led mixed used development project and is spread over 25 acre.
