Ireland based Quinn Group has launched a commercial project called 'Q-City'
at Hyderabad spanning over 1.2 lakh sq ft.
The project located at Gachibowli entails a cost of $100-million (approx Rs
490 crore). The Q-City project was developed by Indu Projects and it will be
managed by Cushman & Wakefield. The project has already attracted three global
clients - Ramboll Telecom, Denmark, Logmatix Software and an Israeli
multinational.
The group is now looking at hospitality, logistics parks, hotels in the
long-term.
