Hyderabad-based Robo Sand Promoters has forayed into precast partition wall panels segment through Robomatic Precon.
The company has set up a fully automated state-of-the-art precast partition walls manufacturing facility on a three-acre land at Lemoor village in Ranga Reddy district in Telangana. The project will entail an investment of Rs 20 crore.
The company will establish its first production facility in South India and only second the in India.
The plant has been imported from Elematic, Finland--leaders in Precast Technology which has presence in more than 100 countries. The technical knowhow is from Acotec Finland.
Robomatic Precast walls are thick hollow-core, non-load-bearing wall elements. The plant has a capacity to produce 2.4 lakh sq mtr high-quality elements in a year. The entire manufacturing process is eco-friendly with least pollution.
These walls can be used in all kinds of housing applications as internal walls that require thermal and sound insulation in small, large, high-rise buildings and residential villas.
The product will be made available across India. The company has plans to expand, based on the market requirements in other Indian cities in near future.
The company is planning to open the second unit in the existing premises in six months' time and commission a plant in Amaravati in a year and in Bengaluru within the next two years.
