TD Power Systems is planning to launch an initial public offering (IPO) to raise funds.
The company plans to raise Rs 227 crore through the IPO. The proceeds of the issue will be utilised towards financing the expansion of the existing manufacturing plant in Dabaspet, Bengaluru, and for the construction of a project office in Bengaluru.
In addition to manufacturing AC Generators, the company also executes Turbine Generator (TG) island projects for steam turbine power plants with output capacity up to 52 MW using a Japanese turbine combined with TD Power generator.
