Engineers India (EIL) has floated a tender for the polymerizer reactor system as part of the Polypropylene (PP) Project at Numaligarh Refinery (NRL).
The scope of work includes the supply and design of a complete Polymerizer Reactor System package. The bidder will act as the single point responsibility vendor (SPRV) for the entire reactor System, which covers various tasks including design of the reactor and agitator, mechanical design, FEA analysis, and supply of instrumentation and electrical systems, fabrication, procurement, and supply of materials based on approved drawings.
The Polypropylene (PP) Project aims to establish a PP unit at Numaligarh, with EIL serving as the EPCM consultant for project execution.
