1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

UPSIDA identifies 1,600 acre barren land to set up SEZs, industrial corridors

The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) has identified around 1,600 acre of barren land in order to create special economic zones (SEZs) and corridors in untapped areas of the state.
 
Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath had asked field officers to identify and acquire only barren land for setting up industries. 
 
Soon steps will be initiated to acquire the land for development of special economic zones and industrial corridors. 
 
The land bank will be made available to the industry department for inviting investments and setting up projects. The state government has recently simplified procedure for changing the land use from agriculture to industrial and asked district authorities for expediting applications pending in this regard. 
 
The barren land has been identified in Hamirpur, Chitrakoot, Mirzapur, Auraiya and Lalitpur districts. 
 
Moreover, the state is also all set to become a major solar energy hub as the Bundelkhand Solar Energy has set the target of setting up solar plants on 593 acre area identified by UPSIDA in Lalitpur. Also, many entrepreneurs have also shown keen interest in setting up solar plants in other districts of the Bundelkhand region. 
 
Apart from this, UPSIDA has also taken up multi-pronged development of the state through its flagship projects such as Trans-Ganga City near Kanpur, spread over 1,141 acre; Saraswati Hightech City on 1,140 acre in Prayagraj and Trans Delhi near Ghaziabad on 2,800 acre. 
 
Under these projects integrated industrial model townships are being developed and UPSIDA has allottable land of 10,000 acre for industrial and residential purpose.
