1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

Uttar Pradesh presents Rs 5,50,270 cr budget for FY22

Uttar Pradesh Finance Minister Suresh Khanna presented a budget worth Rs 5,50,270.78 crore for FY22. This was the state’s first paperless budget. The budget tabled in FY21 was worth Rs 5.12 lakh crore. 
 
An amount of Rs 10,029 crore was allocated for housing, Rs 2,200 crore for Amrit Yojna, Rs 2,000 crore for Smart City project, Rs 7,000 crore for PM Awas Gramin, Rs 5,000 crore for PM Sadak Yojna and Rs 1,000 crore for Mukhya Mantri Samagra Sampada Vikas Yojna. 
 
The state government has decided to set up National Law University in Prayagraj while Rs 450 crore has been allocated for buildings of courts in districts. An amount of Rs 100 crore was proposed for construction of houses for judges of the High Court. A budget provision to the tune of Rs 150 crore has been made for building construction of Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court and Rs 450 crore for Allahabad High Court. 
 
An allocation of Rs 100 crore has been made for Metro rail projects in Varanasi and Gorakhpur, while Rs 750 crore will be provided for Gorakhpur Expressway, Rs 1,107 crore for Purvanchal Expressway and Rs 1,492 crore Bundelkhand Expressway developments. 
 
An amount of Rs 700 crore has been allocated for irrigation, while Rs 600 crore for Krishi Durghatna Yojana. An allocation of Rs 50 crore was made for COVID-19 vaccination. 
 
The budget proposed a sum of Rs 640 crore for development and beautification of Ayodhya. An amount of Rs 300 crore will be towards construction of an approach road to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple, Ayodhya Dham. 
 
The budget has also proposed Rs 140 crore for overall development of Ayodhya, including the development of Suryakund. Another sum of Rs 100 crore has been provided for development and beautification of other tourism facilities in Ayodhya. 
 
A provision of Rs 101 crore has been made for development of the Ayodhya airport, to be named Maryada Purshotam Shriram Airport. 
 
The budget also provides Rs 100 crore and Rs 200 crore respectively for development and beautification of tourism facilities in Varanasi and Chitrakoot. An allocation of Rs 2,000 crore was made for airports of Jewar, Chitrakoot and Sonbhadra. 
 
A provision of Rs 700 crore has been made for free water facility to farmers, while Rs 400 crore has been made to provide crop loan to farmers at concessional rates. Apart from this, a target of setting up 15,000 solar pumps in FY22 has been fixed. 
 
In the sugar industry, a distillation of 120 kilo ltr per day capacity will be set up in Pipraich sugar mill which will commence in December 2021. Pipraich sugar mill will be the first sugar mill in North India to manufacture ethanol directly from sugarcane juice. 
 
As many as two lakh fishermen are proposed to be covered for free premium under Machhuwa Durghatna Beema Yojna. In Horticulture & Food Processing, a provision of Rs 400 crore is made for Pradhanmantri Sookshm Khadya Udyog Unnayan Yojana. 
 
Twenty new Krishi Vigyan Kendra will be set up for dissemination of the latest agricultural information. Of these, 17 are operational and land transfer and action for implementation are under process for the remaining three Krishi Vigyan Kendra. 
 
A budget also has the provision of Rs 1,137 crore for Madhya Ganga Nahar Pariyojna, Rs 610 crore for Saryu Nahar Pariyojna, Rs 271 crore for Purvi Ganga Nahar Pariyojna, Rs 976 crore for Rajghat Nahar Pariyojna, and Rs 104 crore for Ken Betwa Link Nahar Pariyojna.
