1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

Uttarakhand govt tables Rs 65,571 cr budget for FY23

Uttarakhand Finance Minister Prem Chand Aggarwal tabled Rs 65,571 crore budget for FY23. 
The budget is Rs 8,000 crore more than that of FY22 budget. The budget focuses on rural infrastructure, health facilities and youth welfare. 
The budget includes several schemes that directly or indirectly encourage reverse migration. The state government has allocated Rs 25 crore to check migration and Rs 20 crore to boost infrastructure in border areas. 
A provision of Rs 310 crore has been made available for Atal Ayushman Yojana to improve medical facilities in the state. 
An amount to the tune of Rs 311 crore has been kept to build houses in rural pockets under the Prime Minister Awas Yojana, Rs 205 crore for the Smart City project and Rs 500 crore for the Nanda-Gauri Scheme. 
Out of the total Rs 65,571.49 crore, a sum of Rs 49,013.31 crore would be spent under the revenue head and Rs 16,558.18 crore under capital expenditure. 
Apart from this, provision has been made worth Rs 10,493 crore for education, sports and youth welfare; Rs 3,994 crore for medical and family welfare; Rs 2,110 crore for water supply, housing and urban development; Rs 2,804 crore for welfare schemes; Rs 3,699 crore for rural development; Rs 2,022 crore for welfare of Scheduled Castes; and Rs 576 crore for the welfare of Scheduled Tribes.
