Welspun Enterprises has received a letter of acceptance (LoA) for a contract from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).

With a total value of approx. Rs. 3,145 crore, the work, which includes an operations & maintenance (O&M) value of around Rs. 1,156 core and excludes a provisional sum of Rs 29 crore, is set to be completed within 48 months, including the monsoon period. The scope of work involves designing and building the project, followed by comprehensive operations and maintenance for the next 15 years. It will be executed in collaboration with Veolia Water Technologies, Malaysia, as the technology partner.

The award marks a significant milestone for Welspun Enterprises in the infrastructure and water treatment sectors, highlighting the company’s growing capabilities and partnerships in major public infrastructure projects.
