Alwarpet Properties, an Olympia Group company, is planning to develop a commercial complex 'Olympia North Mall' at Thiruvottiyur in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
The project will come up over 6.53 acres of land parcel and comprises construction of a building of B+G+4 floors and will have a hyper market, cinema hall, offices and a multi-level car parking.
In November 2022, the project received environment clearance from State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Tamil Nadu.
As per the information shared with Projects Today, Alwarpet Properties is awaiting some local permissions for the project. The company has roped in architect and contractor for the project.
The work on the project is expected to commence by Q1/FY24 and complete by Q4/FY27.
