The Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) has invited bids for the redevelopment and improvement of 18 slum rehabilitation schemes under cluster redevelopment at a municipal plot in Shivaji Nagar, Govandi, Mumbai.

The site, bearing CTS no 1A Pt, is located in M E Ward, and the project aims to enhance the living conditions and infrastructure in this area through a comprehensive redevelopment plan. The estimated value is approx. Rs 243.21 crore, with a timeline of five years for completion of work. This initiative is part of the ongoing efforts by MCGM to improve housing and facilities in Mumbai’s slum areas, focusing on providing better living standards for the residents of Shivaji Nagar. The project is expected to significantly contribute to the urban development of the region.

Bidders are required to submit their proposals by the deadline of 05 March 2026.
