Paradeep Transmission, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PFC Consulting, established for the development of 'Eastern Region Expansion Scheme-XXXIV (ERES XXXIV)' has been transferred to The Tata Power Company.

The process for sale and transfer of the said SPV to the successful bidder has been completed on 06 November, 2024.

Further, the consideration for sale and transfer of SPVs is determined in accordance with the Guidelines issued, from time to time, by the Ministry of Power, Government of India (GoI).
