Consolidated Construction has secured new orders under its heavy civil building, and buildings & factories (B&F) verticals. 

The contracts include the construction of buildings and factories covering approx. 11 lakh sq. ft. has been awarded by the Government of Kerala for the construction of an iconic commercial building in Trivandrum under the Heavy Civil and Special Projects vertical. The contract is worth Rs 432-crore. Additionally, the company has received orders worth Rs 26 crore under the B&F division, making up a total of Rs 458 crore. These contracts are scheduled to be executed before the financial year 2028-29. 

The projects reflecthe company’s expanding footprint in large-scale commercial and industrial construction, highlighting its expertise in both government and private sector projects. The company aims to deliver high-quality, timely execution while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards across all sites.
