Lord’s Mark Industries, led by Managing Director Sachidanand Upadhyay, has outlined several proposed healthcare-related projects across India following engagements at the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2026 in Davos.

These discussions have resulted in a mix of MoUs, EOIs, and projects under consideration with various state governments. In Maharashtra, two projects with a combined investment of Rs 225 crore have been proposed. This includes Rs 150 crore for an affordable healthcare infrastructure initiative, set to begin in May 2026, and Rs 75 crore for medical device manufacturing in Mahape and Nagpur, scheduled to start in September 2026. In Uttar Pradesh, three projects are under MoUs, including a Rs 300 crore affordable healthcare diagnostics project under a PPP model, set to start in July 2026.

The company is also exploring a Rs 100 crore healthcare project in Kerala and is in talks with Assam for a medical infrastructure initiative. MD Upadhyay emphasised that these projects aim to complement public infrastructure and improve regional healthcare capacity.
