Shreeji Developers is developing a residential-cum-commercial complex 'Shreeji Elegance' at Hanspura in Ahmedabad district of Gujarat.

The complex, covering over 2.01 acres of land, will accommodate seven residential blocks with 2B+G/HP+14 floors with flats, and a commercial block with P+G+7 floors with shops and offices.

In July 2021, Shreeji Developers received environment clearance (EC) for the project, and work on the project commenced in December.

According to the updates shared with Projects Today, around 52 percent work has been completed on Block 'A' and 'B', Block 'C', 'D' and 'E' completed 48 percent, Block 'F' and 'G' completed 42 percent, and Block ‘H’ completed 32 percent.
