Kamini Kaushal Construction is planning to construct a residential complex 'The Watermark' at Anandpur, Adityapur in Saraikela Kharsawan district of Jharkhand.

The upcoming project, covering over 6.79 acres of land, will have a built-up area of 1,06,384.68 sq. mtrs. It would consist of residential flats with 2B+GF+17 floors of nine towers and eight raw houses with GF+first floors, a clubhouse with GF+third floors and parking provision.

According to the updates shared with Projects Today, Kamini Kaushal is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) and RERA approval for the project.

Further, it expects to begin project work  by November 2023, and the contractor is yet to be appointed.
