Malhar Developers is developing a residential complex '24 East' at Plot No. 24, Sector-8, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai in Thane district of Maharashtra.

The complex will come up on 0.62 acres of land and would comprise a tower with four podiums+G+28 floors consisting of residential apartments and a shop.

As per the information available with Projects Today, around 40 percent of slab work has been completed.
