Sai Balaji Enterprises is constructing a residential complex ‘Balaji Kanha’ at Thakurli in Thane district of Maharashtra.

The complex will cover over 1.39 acres of land and encompasses a tower with stilt+G+23 floors with flats, including various modern amenities.

According to the updates shared with Projects Today, first floor slab work is in progress. The development of the project began in April this year.

The project is registered under Maharashtra RERA No.P51700048490.
