Embassy Property Developments in a joint venture (JV) with the Phoenix Group is constructing a commercial complex 'Phoenix Embassy Centaurus'. The complex will come up opposite Wipro Campus in Hyderabad district of Telangana.
The fast progressing project has recently completed work up to ninth floor, as disclosed to Projects Today team. The project is due for completion by the end of 2019. The project will span over 45.84 acre of land and comprise a tower of G+17 floors supported by modern amenities.
DARC, based in Singapore, is associated with the project as architect and Pioneer Enviro Laboratories & Consultants as consultant for the project.
