Welspun Infratech, a unit of Welspun Gujarat Stahl Rohren, plans to acquire
75 per cent stake in construction firm MSK Projects, marking its foray into
infrastructure.
The company will acquire the stake through a combination of share purchases
from founders, associates, investors, preferential allotment and open offer. The
total acquisition cost is likely to be Rs 400 crore, of which Rs 200 crore will
be infused directly into the company for business growth.
