PSL, a company involved in manufacturing and coating of pipes for
transporting hydrocarbon products, water products, and steel structural
applications, has commissioned its 3,00,000 tpa helical two-step (HTS) pipe
manufacturing facility at Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh.
The facility is likely to cater to the growing gas pipeline market by
providing large-diameter steel pipes and coating services in the Eastern part of
the country.
Meanwhile, PSL's Maduranthakam facility near Chennai has been completed and
has a capacity to manufacture 1,50,000 tpa pipes.
