Sunil Mantri Realty proposes to develop an 'affordable' SEZ over 40 lakh sq
ft area in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
The company plans to market the SEZ by fixing a rental rate of Rs 16 per sq
ft and Rs 1,600 for long-lease. The SEZ is likely to have only two to
three-storeyed buildings which will further reduce costs.
It will have a ratio of 1:1 between commercial and residential development.
