AG&P Industrial, a global leader in modular construction and Modstruction technology, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Pragati Infra Solutions (PISL), an Indian EPC and infrastructure company.
The collaboration will set up the country's first advanced modular EPC and fabrication manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh. The MoU was signed during the India Energy Week 2026 in the presence of prominent industry leaders, including Atul Gupta from Engineers India. This strategic partnership aims to establish a joint venture (JV) that focuses on developing fabrication yards, modular EPC infrastructure, and localised manufacturing solutions for the oil & gas, LNG, and energy transition sectors.
With AG&P's 70+ years of experience in modular construction and full-asset lifecycle services, alongside PISL's strong execution capabilities, the venture will play a key role in modernising India’s industrial infrastructure. The project involves an investment of USD 100 million and is expected to be completed by 2027.
