Adore Group has announced an investment of around Rs 800 crore to develop an ultra-luxury residential project named The Select Premia in Sector-76, Faridabad, Haryana.
Spread across 5.47 acres, the development will feature 190 high-end apartments. The investment includes land acquisition, construction, and ancillary costs.
The land parcel was acquired from Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) through an auction process in 2023. The company aims to redefine premium living in Faridabad, a city that is witnessing rapid economic and infrastructural growth, especially driven by the booming IT and manufacturing sectors.
Adore Group, with a strong footprint in Faridabad and Gurugram, has already completed 17 real estate projects, primarily in the residential segment.
