Oberoi Realty has announced a partnership through its joint venture, I-Ven Realty, with Switzerland-based Aman Group SARL for a high-end development on a four-acre land parcel located at Dr. Annie Besant Road in Worli, Mumbai.

This collaboration will feature an ultra-luxury hotel with around 80 guest rooms and a residential component offering 1,50,000 to 2,00,000 sq. ft. of carpet area for sale. The development will be marketed under the prestigious 'Aman' brand, known for its expertise in luxury hospitality and villa management. The hotel is expected to begin operations by 31 August, 2032, with Aman managing the facilities for an initial 25 years, followed by a possible 10-year extension.

The project is backed by Vikas Oberoi, promoter of Oberoi Realty, and Alpha Wave Ventures II. This partnership is set to position the Worli property as a premier luxury destination in India, leveraging the global appeal of the Aman brand.
