Ajmera Realty & Infra India (ARIIL) has signed an agreement for the redevelopment of a housing society in Andheri West, Mumbai, spanning over 0.5 acres. The project is expected to generate an estimated sales revenue of Rs 320 crore, with a total carpet area of 71,300 sq. ft.
Located in Shastri Nagar, a neighbourhood originally developed by the Ajmera Group, the project strengthens the company’s focus on redevelopment, joint ventures, and joint development agreements. This redevelopment marks another step in the company’s strategic asset-light acquisitions and its commitment to revitalising high-potential micro-markets.
With this project, Ajmera Realty has now added four new projects with a total gross development value of around Rs 2,770 crore, reinforcing its growth strategy through inorganic expansion. The company continues to focus on redevelopment projects and portfolio diversification, ensuring sustainable and strategic urban transformation in key locations across Mumbai.
