Ajmera Realty and Infra India, in a joint venture with Sheetal Infrastructure, has launched a project called Palm Land at Kadi Village in the outskirts of Ahmedabad.
The Palm Land, second project of the company, is estimated to cost Rs 180-200 crore. It has been designed as a Balinese style villa project comprising 434 villas. The project will have 1 and 2 BHK villas with a private courtyard and garden. The project comprises two kinds of villas — 1 BHK named Palm Wood and — 2 BHK named Palm Grove. The project will spread over 45,0000 sq yard of development area and 32,000 sq yard of resort area.
