Arisinfra Solutions has announced that its subsidiary, ArisUnitern RE Solutions has accelerated the Bodhii Tree villa plot development by Vaishnavi Residences, off the Bengaluru– Tirupati Highway (NH-75) in Neo Bengaluru.
Spread over seven acres and nine guntas, the RERA-approved project offers 109 premium East- and West-facing plots (1,200–3,500 sq. ft.), with a clubhouse and 15+ lifestyle amenities, possession set for December 2025. Onboarding in April 2025 amid sales slowdown and funding issues, ArisUnitern executed a full mandate — branding, pre-sales, digital outreach, CRM, and capital arrangement. In just three months, it sold nearly 80 percent of allocated units, and restored momentum.
