Arkade Developers has acquired redevelopment rights for a 1.1-acre society in Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West, Mumbai. The project, offering approx. 86,000 sq. ft. of saleable area, is projected to generate revenue of Rs 350 crore.

Featuring a mix of residential and commercial spaces, this marks Arkade’s fifth project in the Goregaon–Malad micro-market. The company currently has four completed and three ongoing projects in the region. Amit Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of Arkade Developers, stated: "Our foray into yet another society redevelopment project in Goregaon reaffirms Arkade’s strong and growing footprint in this vital Mumbai suburb." He emphasised the company’s intent to create "vibrant, future-ready spaces" that benefit both homeowners and the broader community.

In recent months, Arkade has acquired other key parcels: a 6.28-acre land in Thane for Rs 172.48 crore, a Borivali project for Rs 865 crore, and a Dahisar redevelopment for Rs 1,700 crore.
