Arvind SmartSpaces (ASL), part of the Lalbhai Group, has announced the acquisition of a new residential high-rise project in Whitefield, Bengaluru, with a top-line potential of approx. Rs. 550 crore.
The project, spanning 4.18 acres, has a saleable area of around 4.6 lakh sq. ft. Located in the Nallurahalli area of Whitefield, this project marks ASL’s 9th high-rise development in Bengaluru. Whitefield remains a key real estate hub, attracting strong demand due to its proximity to major IT parks, global companies, and social infrastructure. ASL’s entry into the Bengaluru market dates back to 2013, and it has since delivered 6 projects, with seven more in various stages of development.
"We are happy to add another high-rise project in Bengaluru, strengthening our vertical development portfolio in the city," said Priyansh Kapoor, CEO and Whole Time Director of Arvind SmartSpaces. The acquisition aligns with the company's strategy to focus on premium developments in high-demand areas.
