BPTP Group, a real estate developer based in the NCR, is set to invest Rs 3,000 crore to develop BPTP Amstoria Verti-Greens, a luxury residential project in Sector 102, Gurugram, along the Dwarka Expressway.
Spread over 12.05 acres, the development will feature five towers, incorporating 15 sky gardens and a 1,55,000 sq. ft club. President of BPTP, Amaan Chawla highlighted its uniqueness, stating, “The integration of vertical gardens and premium amenities within the towers makes this product a truly unique development.”
BPTP has collaborated with international architectural and landscape design firms, including DP Singapore, Aedas Singapore, Grant Associates UK, and Sanelac, for the project. It will offer 885 apartments, comprising two and three-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 1,600 sq. ft. to 2,400 sq. ft. The project is expected to generate Rs 6,500 crore in revenue.
