Bhartiya City Developers, is developing an integrated township project- Bhartiya City— in about 125 acre near Hebbal in Bangalore.
The 20 million sq ft development will be a self-contained city with housing in various formats, retail (souks, high-street retail and shopping malls), five hotels, business/financial district, IT campus, convention/conference centre, trade mart, a school, a hospital and other amenities.
Further, the group, in partnership with The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts, has devised limited edition apartments – Leela Residences. The branded residential block will have 44 premium residences and will be maintained and serviced by the Leela Hotel. The Leela Residences at Bhartiya City will be spread across three towers, soaring up to 24 levels.
