Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority has issued a tender for the construction of a world-class shooting range sports complex in Sector-32, Urban Estate, Panchkula, Haryana.
The contract, valued at Rs 133.56 crore, involves building a G+2 story structure that will house 50m, 25m, and final shooting ranges on the ground floor, with a 10m shooting facility on the first floor. In addition to the shooting facilities, the complex will include a wide range of essential infrastructure such as lifts, a sub-station, BMS, CCTV, access control, EPABX, servers, fire alarms, firefighting systems,Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), mechanical ventilation, and renewable energy systems. The development aims to create a modern, world-class sports facility in Panchkula to promote shooting sports and recreational activities.
To be developed under the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) mode, the contract has a completion period of 24 months, with the bid submission date set for 06 February, 2026.
