Karnataka State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (KSIIDC) has invited bids for the development of plots under 'Business District' within Bengaluru Signature Business Park adjoining the Kempegowda International Airport.

The scope of work will broadly include design, finance, development, construction, commissioning of the project including development of 9.63 acres land for the purposes of developing Plot Nos. 1-20, 1-21 & 1-22 and related infrastructure in an integrated manner at the project site, and operation, maintenance and commercial use of the project assets, execution of the works, and all activities isuch as engineering and testing during the lease period.

The development will be taken up through a public private partnership (PPP) model, and the contract is valued at Rs 106.51 crore. 

The last date to submit the bid is 28 January, 2025.
