Jharkhand State Co-operative Milk Producers’ Federation (JMF) has invited bids for hiring a consultant for the establishment of the Medha Dairy Plant at Giridih, adjacent to NH-114A.
The consultant will provide end-to-end services, including preliminary assessment of the project site, review of access requirements, as well as identify mandatory documents and compliance needs, and also obtain statutory clearances and NOCs for the proposed plant. The scope also covers preparation and submission of application packages, including CAD and PDF drawings, liaisoning with NHAI, MoRTH, and local administration, and coordinate all activities.
The consultancy contract has a completion period of three months from the date of work order issuance.
The bid submisison provess closes on 20 December, 2025.
