Brigade Group, a leading real estate company, has announced an investment of Rs 1,500 crore in Kerala as part of its expansion strategy. This investment is expected to generate employment for 12,000 people over the next five years.
The company has submitted an expression of interest (EOI) at the Invest Kerala Global Summit 2025. As part of its expansion, Brigade Group plans to establish its second World Trade Centre (WTC) in Kerala, with the first already operational in Kochi. Additionally, the company is set to launch a residential project in Kochi and a luxury island resort in Vaikom.
These projects are projected to be completed by 2030. The Kerala government has pledged support for these developments, ensuring regulatory facilitation in accordance with applicable laws.
