The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has issued a tender for the construction of a special operations training centre at the NSG campus in Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana.

The contract includes the development of an administrative block (G+1), a tower block (G+6), a 50-mtrs. modular shooting range, a shoot house (G+1), and a 270-degree live firing simulator. Additionally, the works will involve constructing boundary walls with entry gates, guard rooms, and various civil and electrical & mechanical (E&M) facilities. The estimated cost of Rs 122.77 crore will also cover the works and external development, to be executed on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) Mode II basis. The time allowed for completion is 22 months, with an additional five years allocated for the maintenance of the specialised training facilities.

The bid closing date is set for 10 February, 2026.
