Phase III of the 'Central Park West' project being set up by Lancor Holdings
at Old Mahabalipuram Road in Chennai is likely to be completed by January 2011.
The third phase will see development of 172, 3-BHK units of 1,550-1,750 sq ft
and will cost Rs 3,900 per sq ft. under The initial two phases saw construction
of around 360-370 residential units.
The entire project is coming up over 12.5 acre, of which six acre has been
set aside for lawns and gardening, and sporting amenities.
A modern sports and recreation centre spread over 22,000 sq ft is part of the
project. The centre boasts of housing a cafe, party halls, lounge, theatre, gym,
roof top swimming pool, billiards and table tennis rooms and much more.
